Diese Klassifikationsstelle umfasst:

Schlösser für Nutzfahrzeuge.

Eine spezielle Ausführung, die von dieser und den zugeordneten Untergruppen erfasst wird, sind Schlösser für (standardisierte) Frachtcontainer zum Einsatz in Lastkraftwagen und Zügen, aber auch auf Schiffen oder in Luftfahrzeugen.

Diese Untergruppe umfasst demnach Schlösser sowohl für Laderäume, die einen integralen Bestandteil des Fahrzeuges bilden, als auch für Frachtbehältnisse, die einen abnehmbaren Teil darstellen, der vom Fahrzeug getrennt werden kann.

Die Abbildung zeigt eine an einem Container (1) angeordnete Konstruktion. In verschlossener Position bilden drei Bügel (7, 8, 9) ein Querstangengefüge, das ein Öffnen der Türen (4, 5) des Containers (1) verhindert.

One specific subject, covered by this and the lower subgroups, is locks for (standardized) freight containers for use on trucks and trains, but also on ships or in aircrafts.

This subgroup consequently covers locks both for load compartments that form an integral part of the vehicle as well as freight containers forming a removable part which can be separated from the vehicle.

The figure shows a lockable structure applied to a container (1). In the locked position three bars (7, 8, 9) form a cross-bar construction preventing the doors (4, 5) of the container (1) to be opened.
