enthalten. Beispiele für derartige organische Bindemittel sind Harze, Polysaccharide und Verbindungen mit Kohlenstoff-Metall-Bindungen.
Zusammensetzungen, die unter diese Hauptgruppe fallen, werden oft als
Polymer- oder Harzmörtel oder Polymer- oder Harzbeton
bezeichnet.

Mörtel- und Betonzusammensetzungen, die nur auf organischen Bindemitteln basieren, bei denen also jegliche anorganische Bindemittel ausgeschlossen sind. In der Patentliteratur werden diese Begriffe bisweilen für Zusammensetzungen verwendet, die auch ein anorganisches Bindemittel enthalten, z.B. Portlandzement. Wenn dies der Fall ist, sollte die Einordnung nicht in dieser Hauptgruppe, sondern in der Hauptgruppe

Mortar or concrete compositions that contain organic binders instead of cement, i. e. excluding any inorganic binder and containing a considerable amount of inorganic filler compared with the amount of the organic binder. Examples of such organic binders are: resins, polysaccharides and compounds having carbon-to-metal linkages.
