[DE] Knabberartikel mit artgleichen Einzelbestandteilen, die zumindest den Hauptbestandteil des Knabberartikels darstellen, wobei als Einzelbestandteile Popkörner vorgesehen sind, die in ihrer Gesamtheit als eigenstabiler Formling ausgebildet sind und der Formling mit einer schützenden Aufreisshülle umgeben ist sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Knabberartikels mit artgleichen Einzelbestandteilen durch Vermischen der Popkörner mit dem jeweiligen Bindemittel, Einfüllen des Popkorn-Bindemittelgemisches unter Vakuum in einzelne nach Art eines Karussells angeordnete Formen, Rotation der Formen nach Art des Schleudergussverfahrens und Abstreifen der Form während der Drehbewegung und Abdichtung unter Vakuum.
[EN] The invention relates to an article for nibbling having similar individual components representing at least the main component of the nibbling article, the individual components being popcorns which are designed in their totality as an individually stable moulded body wrapped in a protecting tearaway wrapper. The invention also comprises the method for producing nibbling articles with similar individual components by mixing the popcorns with the corresponding binding material, vacuum-filling the popcorn-binding agent mixture in moulds in a carrousel-type arrangement, rotation of the moulds according to a spin casting technique and stripping the mould during the rotational movement and vacuum-sealing.
[FR] L'invention concerne un article à grignoter comportant des composants individuels de même nature qui représentent au moins le composant principal de l'article en question. On prévoit comme composants individuels des popcorns qui forment ensemble une masse moulée ayant une stabilité propre et cette masse moulée est entourée d'une enveloppe de protection à déchirer. L'invention concerne également le procédé de production correspondant qui consiste à mélanger les popcorns au liant respectif, à remplir différents moules disposés à la manière d'un carrousel avec le mélange popcorns-liant sous vide, à mettre en rotation les moules selon le procédé de coulage par centrifugation et à ôter le moule pendant le mouvement de rotation et à procéder au scellage sous vide. |
