[EN] A sleeve having an internal annular raceway is adapted to be connected to one of the parts consisting of an implement and a shaft of an arm prosthesis. A cage is adapted to be connected to the other of said parts. An annular array of rolling elements is retained in and guided by said cage, the elements being substantially radially movable therein into and out of engagement with said raceway. A shifting mechanism is provided for moving said rolling elements into and out of engagement with said raceway. |
