[DE] Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von ultrahydrophoben Oberflächen auf Substraten, umfassend: i) Aufbringen einer ersten flüssigen, nicht-wässrigen Zusammensetzung, die wenigstens ein, bei Raumtemperatur flüssiges Poly(alkoxy(halb)metalloxan) H und wenigstens ein feinteiliges Material M in einer Menge von wenigstens 5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gewicht von H enthält, auf wenigstens eine Oberfläche des Substrats, ii) Aufbringen einer zweiten flüssigen Zusammensetzung, die wenigstens eine fluororganische Substanz mit (Per)fluoralkylgruppen enthält, auf die in Schritt i) erhaltene Beschichtung.
[EN] The invention relates to a method for producing super hydrophobic surfaces on substrates, involving: i) the application of a first liquid, non-aqueous composition containing at least one poly(alkoxy(semi)metal oxane) H, which is liquid at room temperature, and containing at least one fine-particle material M in a quantity of at least 5 % by weight with regard to the weight of H to at least one surface of the substrate, and; ii) the application of a second liquid composition, which contains at least one fluoroorganic substance with (per)fluoroalkyl groups, to the coating obtained in step i).
[FR] L'invention concerne un procédé servant à produire des surfaces ultra-hydrophobes sur des substrats. Le procédé selon l'invention comprend les étapes suivantes : i) application sur au moins une surface du substrat d'une première composition liquide non aqueuse qui contient au moins un poly(alcoxy(semi)métallo-oxane) H, liquide à température ambiante, et au moins un matériau à fines particules M, dans une quantité d'au moins 5 % en poids par rapport au poids de H ; ii) application sur le revêtement obtenu à l'étape i) d'une deuxième composition liquide contenant au moins une substance fluoro-organique comprenant des groupes (per)fluoro-alkyle. |
