[EN] The present invention relates to a ready-to-use device and method for testing differential growth of microorganisms, e.g. antimicrobial susceptibility testing. The device comprises a base sheet, a dry medium layer on top of the base sheet, a water vapor impermeable lid sheet to cover the medium layer and one or more differentiating agents are positioned under, within, on and/or above the dry medium layer in a spatially resolved manner.
[FR] La présente invention concerne un dispositif prêt à l'emploi et un procédé pour tester la croissance différentielle de micro-organismes, par exemple un test de sensibilité aux antimicrobiens. Le dispositif comprend une feuille de base, une couche de milieu sec sur le dessus de la feuille de base, une feuille de couverture imperméable à la vapeur d'eau pour recouvrir la couche de milieu et un ou plusieurs agents de différenciation sont positionnés sous, à l'intérieur, sur et/ou au-dessus de la couche de milieu sec d'une manière spatialement déterminée. |
