[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Bereitstellen eines digitalen Sensorsignals (DS) eines Ultraschallsensors (16) für eine signaltechnische Übertragung, insbesondere eine signaltechnische Übertragung mit begrenzter Übertragungsrate, an einen Signalempfänger (26), bei dem ein -vorzugsweise digitales-Ausgangssignal (RS) des Ultraschallsensors (16) zu dem digitalen Sensorsignal für die signaltechnische Übertragung verarbeitet wird. Es ist vorgesehen, dass die Verarbeitung die folgenden Schritte umfasst: (i) Ermittlung einer Signaländerung (SC) von aufeinander folgenden Werten des Ausgangssignals (RS), (ii) Quantisierung dieser Signaländerung (SC) und (iii) Ausgabe der quantisierten Signaländerung (SC) als das digitale Sensorsignal (DS). Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine entsprechende Vorrichtung (30) zum Erstellen eines digitalen Sensorsignals (DS) eines ltraschallsensors (16) für eine signaltechnische Übertragung an einen Signalempfänger (26), eine entsprechende Ultraschallsensoreinrichtung mit Ultraschallsensor (16) und derartiger Vorrichtung (30) sowie ein entsprechendes Ultraschallsensorsystem (14).
[EN] The invention relates to a method for providing a digital sensor signal (DS) of an ultrasonic sensor (16) for a signal transmission, in particular a signal transmission with a limited transmission rate, to a signal receiver (26), wherein a preferably digital output signal (RS) of the ultrasonic sensor (16) is processed to form the digital sensor signal for the signal transmission. According to the invention, the processing comprises the following steps: (i) determining a signal change (SC) in consecutive values of the output signal (RS); (ii) quantising this signal change (SC); and (iii) outputting the quantised signal change (SC) as the digital sensor signal (DS). The invention also relates to a corresponding device (30) for creating a digital sensor signal (DS) of an ultrasonic sensor (16) for a signal transmission to a signal receiver (26), a corresponding ultrasonic sensor unit with an ultrasonic sensor (16) and a device (30) of this type, as well as to a corresponding ultrasonic sensor system (14).
