[EN] The invention relates to a method for offsetting a rotary tower crane (1) with a mobile crane (2), in particular a crawler crane, wherein the mounted rotary tower crane is lifted by means of the lifting cable of the mobile crane in order to offset the target location, and the rotary tower crane is stabilized by means of one or more connecting points (33) between mobile crane jibs (22) and the crane tower (11).
