57 Abstract AB [DE] Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von hochmolekularer Poly-L- Milchsäure durch direkte Polykondensation von L-Milchsäure mittels Schmelzphasenkondensation und anschließender Festphasenkondensation unter Verwendung saurer und geträgerter Feststoffkatalysatoren. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch die Verwendung eines sauren und geträgerten Feststoffkatalysators zur Herstellung von hochmolekularer Poly-L-Milchsäure durch direkte Polykondensation von L-Milchsäure, vorzugsweise von geträgertem und kalziniertem Zirkonsulfat.
[EN] The invention relates to a method for producing high-molecular poly-L lactic acid by directly polycondensating L-lactic acid using a melt-phase condensation and a subsequent solid-phase condensation by means of acidic and supported solid catalysts. The invention also relates to the use of an acidic and supported solid catalyst for producing high-molecular poly-L lactic acid by directly polycondensating L- lactic acid, preferably supported and calcined zirconium sulfate.
[FR] L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'acide poly-L-lactique de haut poids moléculaire par polycondensation directe d'acide L-lactique par condensation de phase fondue et ensuite par condensation de phase solide en utilisant des catalyseurs acides - solides sur support. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation d'un catalyseur acide - solide sur support pour la production d'acide poly-L-lactique de haut poids moléculaire, de préférence, par polycondensation directe de l'acide L-lactique, de préférence de sulfate de zircone sur support et calciné.
