[DE] Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formteils (1), aufweisend zumindest die folgenden Schritte: a. Bereitstellen einer Mehrzahl von Lagen aus Fasern eines ersten Fasertyps (2) in einer Form (4); b. Bereitstellen zumindest einer Lage aus Fasern eines zweiten Fasertyps (5) zwischen der Mehrzahl von Lagen aus Fasern des ersten Fasertyps (2) in der Form (4); c. Bereitstellen eines Harzes (7) oder eines Kunststoffes in der Form (4), so dass das Harz (7) oder der Kunststoff, die Mehrzahl von Lagen aus Fasern des ersten Fasertyps (2) und die zumindest eine Lage aus Fasern des zweiten Fasertyps (5) ein Verbundmaterial (8) bilden; d. Verfestigen des Verbundmaterials (8); und e. Trennen des Verbundmaterials (8) in Formteile (1), so dass die Lage aus Fasern des zweiten Fasertyps (5) auf zumindest einer Oberfläche (21) des Formteils (1) als Struktur (22) sichtbar ist.
[EN] The invention relates to a method for producing a molded part (1), having at least the following steps: a. providing a plurality of layers of fibers of a first fiber type (2) in a mold (4); b. providing at least one layer of fibers of a second fiber type (5) between the plurality of layers of fibers of the first fiber type (2) in the mold (4); c. providing a resin (7) or a plastic in the mold (4) such that the resin (7) or the plastic, the plurality of layers of fibers of the first fiber type (2), and the at least one layer of fibers of the second fiber type (5) form a composite material (8); d. solidifying the composite material (8); and e. separating the composite material (8) into molded parts (1) such that the layer of fibers of the second fiber type (5) is visible as a structure (22) on at least one surface (21) of the molded part (1).
[FR] L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une pièce moulée (1), présentant au moins les étapes suivantes : a. la mise en place dans un moule (4) d'une pluralité de couches de fibres constituées d'un premier type de fibres (2) ; b. la mise en place dans le moule (4) d'au moins une couche de fibres constituée d'un second type de fibres (5) entre les couches de la pluralité de couches constituées du premier type de fibres (2) ; c. la mise en place dans le moule (4) d'une résine (7) ou d'une matière plastique, de telle manière que la résine (7) ou la matière plastique, la pluralité de couches constituées de fibres du premier type (2) et la ou les couches de fibres constituées du deuxième type de fibres (5) forment un matériau composite (8) ; d. le durcissement du matériau composite (8) ; et e. la division du matériau composite (8) en pièces moulées (1) de telle manière que la couche constituée de fibre du deuxième type de fibres (5) soit visible sur au moins une surface (21) de la pièce moulée (1) sous la forme d'une structure (22). |
