[EN] The present invention relates to novel cytochrome P450 monooxygenase with modified (higher) substrate selectivity and/or (re)activity towards aromatic hydroxylation of benzenes. In particular, the invention provides nucleic acid sequences coding for the novel enzymes, expression constructs and vectors comprising these sequences, transformed microorganisms expressing these novel enzymes, and processes for the stereoselective hydroxylation of substituted benzenes useful as building blocks in vitamin E synthesis. [FR] Cette invention concerne une nouvelle cytochrome P450 monooxygénase ayant une sélectivité de substrat et/ou une (ré)activité vis-à-vis de l'hydroxylation des benzènes modifiées (supérieures). En particulier, l'invention concerne des séquences d'acides nucléiques codant pour les nouvelles enzymes, des produits et recombinaison et des vecteurs d'expression les contenant, des micro-organismes transformés exprimant ces nouvelles enzymes, et des procédés d'hydroxylation stéréosélective de benzènes substitués utiles à titre d'éléments structuraux dans la synthèse de la vitamine E. |
