[DE] Bei einem Verfahren und einer Vorrichtung können dreidimensionale Gegenstände (16) aus verfestigbarem Material durch sequentielles Austragen von diskontinuierlichen Tropfen (15) hergestellt werden. Dazu wird das verfestigbare Material in die fluide Phase plastifiziert und in einen Materialspeicher (12) mit mindestens einer taktbaren Austragseinheit (13) eingebracht. Von dort wird das Material tropfenweise, mittels einer Austragseinheit (13) in Richtung auf einen Objektträger (14) für Gegenstand (16) ausgetragen, wobei Objektträger (14) und Austrittsöffnung in einem Relativabstand relativ zueinander im Raum zur Beeinflussung der Tropfenform bewegbar sind. Durch Verändern des Relativabstands alternierend in entgegengesetzter Richtung beim Austragen der Tropfen aus der Austragseinheit (13) und beim Auftragen der Tropfen am dreidimensionalen Gegenstand (16) während der Herstellung des Gegenstands wird die Erzeugung der Tropfen unterstützt.
[EN] In the case of a method and an apparatus, three-dimensional objects (16) can be produced from a solidifiable material by the sequential discharging of discontinuous drops (15). To this end, the solidifiable material is plasticized in the fluid phase and is introduced into a material store (12) having at least one discharging unit (13) which can be clocked. From there, the material is discharged in a dropwise manner by means of a discharging unit (13) in the direction of an object carrier (14) for an object (16), wherein the object carrier (14) and an outlet opening can be moved at a relative spacing in relation to one another in space in order to influence the drop shape. The creation of the drops is supported by changing the relative spacing in an alternating manner in opposite directions during the discharging of the drops from the discharging unit (13) and during the application of the drops to the three-dimensional object (16) during the production of the object.
[FR] L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour produire des objets tridimensionnels (16) à partir d'une matière durcissable par décharge séquentielle de gouttelettes (15). A cet effet, la matière durcissable est plastifiée en phase fluide et introduite dans un réservoir de matière (12) doté d'au moins une unité de décharge (13) cadençable. De là, la matière est déchargée goutte à goutte à l'aide d'une unité de décharge (13) en direction d'un porte-objet (14) destiné à l'objet (16), le porte-objet (14) et l'orifice de sortie pouvant être déplacés l'un par rapport à l'autre dans l'espace en termes de distance relative pour agir sur la forme des gouttes. La modification alternée de la distance relative dans la direction opposée lors de la décharge des gouttes de l'unité de décharge (13) et lors de l'application des gouttes sur l'objet tridimensionnel (16) pendant la production de l'objet, permet d'assurer l'assistance de la production des gouttes. |
