57 Zusammenfassung AB [EN] The present invention relates to a novel nucleic acid molecule encoding (I) a polypeptide having the activity of a glucose oxidase (EC 1.1.3.4); or (II) a fragment of the polypeptide of (I) having the activity of a glucose oxidase and comprising at least 400 amino acids. Moreover, the invention relates to a vector encoding the nucleic acid molecule, a host cell transformed, transduced or transfected with the vector, a the protein encoded by the nucleic acid molecule, and compositions comprising said nucleic acid molecule, vector, host cell, protein or combinations thereof.
[FR] La présente invention concerne une nouvelle molécule d'acide nucléique codant (I) un polypeptide possédant l'activité d'une glucose oxydase (EC 1.1.3.4) ; ou (II) un fragment du polypeptide de (I) ayant l'activité d'une glucose oxydase et comprenant au moins 400 acides aminés. En outre, l'invention concerne un vecteur codant la molécule d'acide nucléique, une cellule hôte soumise à une transformation, une transduction ou une transfection avec le vecteur, la protéine codée par la molécule d'acide nucléique et des compositions contenant ladite molécule d'acide nucléique, ledit vecteur, ladite cellule hôte, ladite protéine ou leurs combinaisons.
