[DE] Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Streichfarbe für das Streichen eines Druckträgers wie beispielsweise Papier, Pappe und Karton, welche Wasser, wenigstens ein Pigment, wenigstens ein Bindemittel, elektrolytische Bestandteile und wenigstens zwei Additive aufweist. Die Streichfarbe ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als ein erstes Additiv wenigstens einen hochmolekularer Polyether und als ein zweites Additiv wenigstens einen polyfunktionellen Alkohol und/oder einen niedermolekularen Polyether und/oder eine micellare Fettsäuredispersion aufweist, und wobei das erste und zweite Additiv die elektrolytischen Bestandteile der Streichfarbe in ihrer Bewegung in der wässrigen Phase einer elektrischen Doppelschicht des Pigments wenigstens teilweise einschränkt und zu einer Verlängerung der Entladungszeit in der getrockneten Strichschicht führt. Die Erfindung umfasst auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Streichfarbe.
[EN] The present invention relates to a coloured coating slip for coating a print medium such as paper, paperboard and cardboard, for example, which comprises water, at least one pigment, at least one binder, electrolytic constituents, and at least two additives. The coloured coating slip is characterized in that it comprises as first additive at least one high molecular mass polyether and as second additive at least one polyfunctional alcohol and/or low molecular mass polyether and/or micellar fatty acid dispersion, the first and second additives at least partly restricting the electrolytic constituents of the slip in terms of their movement in the aqueous phase of an electrical double layer of the pigment, and leading to a retardation of the discharge time in the dried slip coat. The invention also encompasses a method for producing the coloured coating slip.
[FR] La présente invention concerne un matériau de couchage destiné au couchage d'un support d'impression tel que du papier et du carton, le matériau contenant de l'eau, au moins un pigment, au moins un liant, des constituants électrolytiques et au moins deux additifs. Le matériau de couchage se caractérise en ce qu'il contient en tant que premier additif au moins un polyéther à haut poids moléculaire et en tant que deuxième additif au moins un alcool polyfonctionnel et/ou un polyéther à bas poids moléculaire et/ou une dispersion d'acide gras micellaire, et le premier et le deuxième additif limitent au moins en partie le mouvement des constituants électrolytiques du matériau de couchage dans la phase aqueuse d'une double couche électrique du pigment, et conduisent à une prolongation du temps de décharge dans la couche de couchage sèche. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour préparer le matériau de couchage. |
