[DE] Zur sicheren Aufbewahrung und einfachen und sicheren Einnahme von Tabletten T durch einen Anwender / eine Anwenderin werden eine in einen Arzneimittelspender 1 für Feststoff-Arzneimittelportionen T einsetzbare und mit einem Vorratsraum zur Aufnahme der Arzneimittelportionen T ausgebildete Kartusche 900 sowie ein diese Kartusche 900 enthaltender Arzneimittelspender 1 geschaffen. In erfindungsgemässer Art und Weise umfasst die Kartusche 900 eine Transportsicherung zur Verhinderung der Bewegung der Arzneimittelportionen T während der Aufbewahrung und des Transportes der Kartusche 900. Diese Transportsicherung ist insbesondere ein reibschlüssig im Vorratsraum sitzender und in axialer Richtung verschiebbarer Toleranzausgleichsstöpsel 970. Ferner ist in der Kartusche 900 ein im Vorratsraum in axialer Richtung verschiebbarer und durch mindestens einen axialen Schlitz in der Kartusche 900 hindurch greifender Tablettenreiter 960 enthalten, der zum Übertragen einer in axialer Richtung wirkenden Kraft auf die Arzneimittelportionen (T) in der Kartusche und damit zum Niederhalten einer säulenförmigen Anordnung aus Arzneimittelportionen (T) dient.
[EN] The invention relates to the safe storage and simple and safe taking of tablets T by a user by means of a cartridge 900 that can be used in a pharmaceutical dispenser 1 for solid pharmaceutical portions T and that is designed having a storage space for accommodating the pharmaceutical portions T, and by means of a pharmaceutical dispenser 1 containing this cartridge 900. According to the invention, the cartridge 900 comprises a transport safeguard for preventing movement of the pharmaceutical portions T during storage and transport of the cartridge 900. This transport safeguard is particularly a tolerance equalization stopper 970, seated frictionally in the storage space and movable in the axial direction. Furthermore, a tablet slider 960, movable in the axial direction in the storage space and engaging through at least one axial slot in the cartridge 900, is contained in the cartridge 900, said slider serving to transfer an axial force onto the pharmaceutical portions (T) in the cartridge and thus to hold down a columnar arrangement of pharmaceutical portions (T).
[FR] Le but de l'invention est de permettre une conservation sûre ainsi qu'une prise sûre et simple de comprimés T par un utilisateur / une utilisatrice. A cet effet, l'invention concerne une cartouche (900) pouvant être insérée dans un distributeur de médicament (1) pour doses de médicament T solides et dotée d'un compartiment de stockage destiné à recevoir les doses de médicament T, ainsi qu'un distributeur de médicament (1) contenant ladite cartouche (900). Selon l'invention, la cartouche (900) comprend un dispositif de protection destiné à empêcher le mouvement des doses de médicament T pendant la conservation et pendant le transport de la cartouche (900). Ce dispositif de protection est en particulier un bouchon de compensation de tolérance (970) pouvant être déplacé dans la direction axiale et calé par friction dans le compartiment de stockage. De plus, la cartouche (900) intègre un taquet (960) pouvant être déplacé axialement dans le compartiment de stockage et pénétrant dans la cartouche (900) par au moins une fente axiale, lequel taquet sert à transmettre une force exercée dans la direction axiale aux doses de médicament (T) se trouvant dans la cartouche et à maintenir ainsi un agencement des doses de médicament (T) sous la forme d'une colonne. |
