[DE] Bei einem computerimplementierten System und Verfahren zum strukturierten Speichern von Kommunikationsinformationen, um diese weiterverarbeiten zu können, sind bzw. werden erfindungsgemäß der einzelne Kommunikationsteilnehmer als ein Teilnehmerobjekt (78; 106; 108; 110) und der Informationsaustausch zwischen den Kommunikationsteilnehmern als ein mindestens zwei Teilnehmerobjekte verbindendes Verbindungsobjekt (56; 94; 104) strukturiert gespeichert.
[EN] The invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for the structured storage of communication information in order to further process said information. According to the invention, the individual communication subscribers are or can be stored in a structured manner as subscriber objects (78; 106; 108; 110) and the information exchange between the communication subscribers is or can be structurally stored as a connection object (56; 94; 104) that connects at least one subscriber object.
[FR] L'invention concerne un système implanté sur un ordinateur et des procédés pour la mémorisation structurée d'information de communication. L'objectif de l'invention est permettre le traitement ultérieur de ces informations. À cet effet, les participants individuels à la communication sont mémorisés de manière structurée en tant qu'objet participant (78; 106; 108; 110) et l'échange d'informations entre les participants à la communication est également mémorisé de façon structurée en tant qu'objet de liaison entre au moins deux objets participants. |
