[DE] Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Präparationsvorrichtung PV für Fasern mit einem Gehäusekörper G, der eine kreisförmige Ausnehmung A aufweist. Die Fasern einer Faserschar sind durch die erfindungsgemäße Präparationsvorrichtung PV in Faserlaufrichtung F derart hindurchführbar, dass die Fasern beim Hindurchführen durch die Ausnehmung A an der Innenseite des Gehäusekörpers G anliegen, auf die ein Präparationsmittel entlang des gesamten Umfangs aufgebracht wird, so dass die Fasern der Faserschar beim Hindurchführen durch die Ausnehmung A das Präparationsmittel aufnehmen. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Präparationsvorrichtung PV auf der Innenseite des Gehäusekörper G mit mindestens zwei umlaufenden Lippen (LPl; LP2) und mindestens einem umlaufenden Ringspalt (Su; So) versehen, wobei der mindestens eine Ringspalt (Su; So) zwischen zwei benachbarten Lippen angeordnet und anhand von als Einstell- und Verbindungsmitteln dienenden Schraubenpaaren (SPl; SP2) stufenlos einstellbar ist.
[EN] The invention relates to a preparation device (PV) for fibres, which comprises a housing body (G) which comprises a circular recess (A). The fibres of a group of fibres can be introduced into the inventive preparation device (PV) in the direction of displacement (F) of the fibres in such a manner that when the fibres pass through the recess (A), they lie on the inner side of the housing body (G) whereon a preparation agent is applied along the entire periphery, such that the fibres of the group of fibres are absorbed with the preparation agent when passing through the recess (A). According to the invention, the preparation device (PV) is provided with at least two peripheral lips (LPl; LP2) on the inner side of the housing body (G) and at least one peripheral annular gap (Su; So). The at least one annular gap (Su; So) is arranged between two adjacent lips and can be adjusted in a stepped manner by means of pairs of screws (SPI; SP2) which are used as adjusting and connecting means.
[FR] Dispositif d'apprêtage (PV) de fibres, qui comporte un corps de boîtier (G) pourvu d'un évidement circulaire (A). Les fibres d'un groupe de fibres peuvent être introduites dans le dispositif d'apprêtage (PV) selon la présente invention dans le sens de déplacement (F) des fibres de manière telle que lors du passage des fibres dans l'évidement (A), lesdites fibres reposent sur la face interne du corps de boîtier (G) sur laquelle un agent d'apprêtage a été appliqué sur toute la périphérie, si bien que les fibres du groupe de fibres sont enduites avec l'agent d'apprêtage lors de leur passage par l'évidement (A). Selon la présente invention, ledit dispositif d'apprêtage (PV) est pourvu sur la face interne du corps de boîtier (G) d'au moins deux lèvres périphériques (LP1; LP2) et d'au moins une fente annulaire périphérique (SU; SO). Cette fente annulaire (SU; SO) est située entre deux lèvres adjacentes et peut être ajustée de manière progressive à l'aide de paires de vis (SP1; SP2) servant de moyens de réglage et de liaison. |
