[DE] Beschrieben werden eine Vorrichtung sowie ein Verfahren zum Vereinzeln und Sequenzieren von in einem zweidimensionalen Verbund (1) nebeneinander angeordneter Stückgüter (s) mit folgenden Komponenten: - eine eben oder konvex ausgebildete Vereinzelungsfläche (2), die einen geometrischen Flächenmittelpunkt (2') sowie einen peripheren Umfangsrand aufweist, eine Vielzahl um den Flächenmittelpunkt sowie radial vom Flächenmittelpunkt in Richtung des peripheren Umfangsrands längs der Vereinzelungsfläche verteilt angeordnete Transportelemente (3), die über eine Reibschlussverbindung mit auf der Vereinzelungsfläche aufgebrachten Stückgüter in eine lose Wirkverbindung bringbar sind und jeweils eine auf die einzelnen Stückgüter radial zum peripheren Umfangsrand gerichtete Beschleunigung bewirken, - ein um den peripheren Umfangsrand der Vereinzelungsfläche drehbar angeordnetes Sequenzierungsmodul (6), das eine die Vereinzelungsfläche wenigstens teilweise mit einer ring- oder teilringförmig ausgebildeten Auflagefläche (7') umgibt und wenigstens ein Trennmittel (14) vorsieht, das in eine erste Stellung, in der eine Aufnahme eines Stückgutes von der Vereinzelungsfläche auf die Auflagefläche möglich ist, sowie in eine zweite Stellung, in der keine Aufnahme eines Stückgutes von der Vereinzelungsfläche in das Aufnahmefach möglich ist, überführbar ist, und - wenigstens eine Abfördereinheit (9), auf die ein auf der Auflagefläche des Sequenzierungsmodul befindliches Stückgut überführbar ist.
[EN] The invention relates to a device and a method for separating and sequencing unit loads which are adjacently arranged in a two-dimensional composite (1), said device comprising the following components: a plane or convex separation surface (2) comprising a geometric centre (2') and a peripheral edge, and a plurality of transport elements (3) which are arranged in a distributed manner about the centre of the surface, radially therefrom in the direction of the peripheral edge. Said transport elements can interact freely with unit loads applied to the separation surface by means of a friction connection, and respectively subject the individual unit loads to an acceleration, radially to the peripheral edge. The inventive device also comprises a sequencing module (6) which is arranged in such a way that it can be rotated about the peripheral edge of the separation surface, at least partially surrounds the separation surface with an annular or partially annular bearing surface (7'), and has at least one separating means (14) that can assume a first position wherein a unit load can be received by the separation surface on the bearing surface, and a second position wherein a unit load cannot be received by the separation surface in the receiving compartment, and at least one conveying unit (9) on which a unit load located on the bearing surface of the sequencing module can be transferred.
[FR] L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de séparation et de séquençage de marchandises de détail (s) disposées de façon adjacente dans un composite bidimensionnel (1). Ledit dispositif comporte les composants suivants: une surface de séparation (2) conçue de façon plane ou convexe présentant un point central de surface géométrique (2') et un bord périphérique; une pluralité d'éléments de transport (3) répartis autour du point central de surface, et radialement à partir de celui-ci en direction du bord périphérique, le long de la surface de séparation, pouvant être amenés en interaction libre par connexion par friction avec des marchandises de détail disposées sur la surface de séparation, et soumettant les marchandises de détail à une accélération radiale par rapport au bord périphérique; un module de séquençage (6) disposé rotativement autour du bord périphérique de la surface de séparation, entourant au moins partiellement la surface de séparation avec une surface d'appui (7) conçue de façon annulaire ou partiellement annulaire, comportant au moins un élément de séparation (14) pouvant être amené dans une première position dans laquelle la marchandise de détail peut être reçue par la surface de séparation sur la surface d'appui, et dans une deuxième position dans laquelle la marchandise de détail ne peut pas être reçue par la surface de séparation dans le compartiment de réception; et au moins une unité d'évacuation (9) sur laquelle une marchandise de détail située sur la surface d'appui peut être transférée. |
