[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung (3) zur Rehabilitation oder zum Training der unteren Extremitäten, insbesondere des Sprunggelenkes (2), mit zwei beweglich nebeneinander angeordneten Aufnahmen (5) für die Füße (1) der zu behandelnden Person, welche Fußaufnahmen (5) miteinander gekoppelt sind, so dass die Bewegung eines Fußes (1) auf die Bewegung des anderen Fußes (1) übertragbar ist, wobei jede Fußaufnahme (5) um eine im Wesentlichen mit dem jeweiligen Unterschenkel übereinstimmende Achse (I) und um eine im Wesentlichen mit dem jeweiligen Sprunggelenk (2) übereinstimmende Achse (II) schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Zur Schaffung einer derartigen Einrichtung (3), welche möglichst einfach und kostengünstig aufgebaut und einen optimalen therapeutischen Effekt bewirkt, ist vorgesehen, dass miteinander gekoppelten Fußaufnahmen (5) um die mit dem jeweiligen Sprungelenk (2) übereinstimmende Achse (II) gleichsinnig und um die mit dem jeweiligen Unterschenkel übereinstimmende Achse (I) gleichsinnig oder gegensinnig bewegbar sind.
[EN] The invention relates to a device (3) for rehabilitating or training the lower extremities, particularly the ankle joint (2), comprising two holders (5) for the feet (1) of the individual to be treated. The foot holders (5) are placed next to one another in a manner that enables them to be displaced and are coupled to one another so that the movement of one foot (1) can be transferred to the movement of the other foot (1). Each foot holder (5) is mounted in a manner that enables it to pivot about an axis (I) essentially corresponding to the respective lower leg and to pivot about an axis (II) essentially corresponding to the respective ankle joint (2). In order to create a device (3) of the aforementioned type, which has the most simple possible and economical design while having an optimal therapeutic effect, the invention provides that foot holders (5), which are coupled together, can move in the same direction about the axis (II) corresponding to the respective ankle joint (2) and can move in the same direction or in opposite directions about the axis (I) corresponding to the respective lower leg.
[FR] L'invention concerne un dispositif (3) permettant de rééduquer ou de faire travailler les extrémités inférieures, notamment l'articulation de la cheville (2), qui comprend deux cavités (5), aménagées l'une à côté de l'autre, de manière mobile, prévues pour les pieds (1) de la personne à traiter, lesdites cavités prévues pour les pieds (5) étant en accouplement mutuel, de sorte que le mouvement d'un pied (1) puisse être transmis au mouvement de l'autre pied (1). Chaque cavité prévue pour les pieds (5) est disposée de manière à pivoter autour d'un axe (I) correspondant sensiblement à chaque jambe inférieure, ainsi qu'autour d'un axe (II) correspondant sensiblement à chaque articulation de la cheville (2). L'invention vise à mettre au point un dispositif (3) de ce type, de structure la plus simple et la plus économique possible, offrant un effet thérapeutique optimal. A cet effet, il est prévu que les cavités prévues pour les pieds (5) puissent être déplacées dans le même sens autour de l'axe (II) correspondent à chaque articulation de la cheville (2) et dans le même sens ou en sens inverse autour de l'axe (I) correspondant à chaque jambe inférieure. |
