57 Abstract AB [DE] In einer Telekommunikationseinrichtung sind eine digitale Teilnehmervermittlungsstelle (LE) mit mindestens einem Teilnehmerzugangsknoten (AN) sowohl für ISDN als auch analoge Teilnehmeranschlüsse über eine Schnittstelle (V.5.2) verbunden, bei der die Nutzkanäle in einem System von Basiskanälen (TS 1, TS 2,... TS n) mit einer festen Basisdatenrate (rb) angeordnet sind. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, Mittel für eine höhere Nutzung der Übertragungskapazität an der Schnittstelle (V.5.2) unter Beibehaltung der Kompatibilität zu bestehenden Standards aufzuzeigen, um den Konzentrationsfaktor an der Schnittstelle zu erhöhen. Die Aufgabe wird mit Hilfe einer Spracherkennungseinrichtung (V-REC) gelöst, welche Sprachsignale in den Nutzkanälen erkennt und Signalwandler (C1, C2) zum Komprimieren der Sprachsignale aktiviert, um mehreren Nutzkanälen mit Sprachsignalen gemeinsam einen Basiskanal zuzuweisen.
[EN] In a telecommunications system, a digital subscriber terminal exchange (LE) is connected to at least one subscriber access node (AN) via an interface (V.5.2) both for ISDN and analogue subscriber connections. In said interface, the speech/data channels are arranged in a system of bearer channels (TS 1, TS 2, ... TS n) with a fixed base data rate (rb). The aim of the invention is to indicate means for a high utilization of the transmission capacity at the interface (V.5.2) while maintaining compatibility with existing standards in order to increase the concentration factor at said interface. To this end, the invention uses a voice recognition system (V-REC) which recognizes voice signals in the speech/data channels and which activates signal converters (C1, C2) for compressing the voice signals in order to jointly assign a bearer channel to a plurality of speech/data channels having voice signals.
[FR] Dans un système de télécommunications, une station de commutation abonnés numérique (LO) est reliée par l'intermédiaire d'une interface (V.5.2) avec au moins un noeud d'accès abonnés (AN) non seulement pour le réseau ISDN, mais également pour les raccordements d'abonnés analogiques. Dans cette interface, les canaux utiles sont disposés dans un système de canaux de base (TS 1, TS 2, ... TS n) avec un débit binaire de base (rb) fixe. L'invention a pour objet de décrire des moyens permettant une meilleure exploitation de la capacité de transmission au niveau de l'interface V.5.2 tout en maintenant la compatibilité avec les standards existants, en vue d'accroître le facteur de concentration au niveau de l'interface. A cet effet, un système de reconnaissance vocale (V-REC) reconnaît des signaux vocaux dans les canaux utiles et active un convertisseur de signal (C1, C2) destiné à la compression des signaux vocaux, en vue d'affecter un canal de base conjointement à plusieurs canaux utiles comportant des signaux vocaux.
