[DE] Bei einem Verfahren zur Untersuchung der Oberfläche eines Objektes auf eine topographische und/oder chemische Eigenschaft wird die Objekt-Oberfläche zur Untersuchung einer topographischen Eigenschaft mit oberflächenstrukturselektiven und/oder zur Untersuchung einer chemischen Eigenschaft mit chemoselektiven Biokomponenten sowie mit einem Nähr- oder osmotischem Schutzmedium dafür derart beaufschlagt, dass in dem Nähr- oder osmotischen Schutzmedium angeordnete Biokomponenten mit der Objekt-Oberfläche in Berührung stehen oder um weniger als die Detektionsreichweite der Biokomponenten von der Objekt-Oberfläche beabstandet sind. Anschliessend wird die Objekt-Oberfläche mit den in dem Nähr- oder osmotischen Schutzmedium angeordneten Biokomponenten durch Ermitteln wenigstens eines Untersuchungsmesswertes untersucht. Der Untersuchungsmesswert wird dann mit einem Referenzmesswert verglichen und aus dem Ergebnis des Vergleichs wird auf topographische und/oder chemische Eigenschaften des Objektes rückgeschlossen. Mit dem Verfahren kann eine Objekt-Oberfläche auf einfache Weise mit hoher Messempfindlichkeit auf eine topographische und/oder chemische Eigenschaft untersucht werden.
[EN] The invention relates to a method for investigating the surface of an object for a topographical and/or chemical characteristic. According to said method, the surface of the object is subjected to the action of surface structure selective (for investigating a topographical characteristic) and/or chemoselective (for investigating a chemical characteristic) biocomponents and a nutrient- or osmotic protective medium in such a way that the biocomponents in the nutrient- or osmotic protective medium are in contact with the object surface or are at a distance from the object surface which is within their range of detection. The object surface is then investigated using the biocomponents in the nutrient- or osmotic protective medium and at least one investigation measuring value is determined. The investigation measuring value is then compared to a reference measuring value and the result of this comparison is used to draw conclusions as to the topographical and/or chemical characteristics of the object. The invention provides a simple, very precise method for investigating the surface of an object for a topographical and/or chemical characteristic.
[FR] L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'examiner la surface d'un objet en vue d'une propriété topographique et/ou chimique. Selon ce procédé, la surface de l'objet est soumise, pour examiner une propriété topographique, à l'action de bioconstituants à sélectivité de structures superficielles et/ou, pour examiner une propriété chimique, à l'action de bioconstituants à sélectivité chimique, ainsi qu'à celle d'une substance nutritive ou à celle d'une substance protectrice osmotique, de manière que les bioconstituants situés dans la substance nutritive et ou dans la substance protectrice osmotique soient en contact avec la surface de l'objet ou bien que leur écart par rapport à la surface de l'objet soit inférieur à la portée de détection des bioconstituants. La surface de l'objet est ensuite examinée avec les bioconstituants situés dans la substance nutritive ou dans la substance protectrice osmotique, par détermination d'au moins une valeur de mesure d'examen. Cette dernière est alors comparée à une valeur de mesure de référence et le résultat de cette comparaison permet de tirer des conclusions quant aux propriétés topographiques et/ou chimiques de l'objet. Ce procédé permet d'examiner de manière simple et avec une sensibilité de mesurage une surface d'objet, en termes de propriété topographique et/ou chimique. |
