[DE] Eine Messeinrichtung (1) zur Messung oder Untersuchung physiologischer Parameter an biologischen Zellen oder von in einem Analyten (2) enthaltenen chemischen und bioaktiven Substanzen weist einen Sensor (4) mit einer auf einem Substrat (5) befindlichen, elektronischen Messstruktur (6) auf. Zu dem Sensor (4) gehören funktionsspezifische Rezeptor- und/oder Targetzellen (8), die mit der Messstruktur (6) unmittelbar Kontakt haben. Zur Messung ist das zu untersuchende Medium mit den Target- oder Rezeptorzellen (7) in Verbindung bringbar. Die Messeinrichtung (1) weist einen besonders kompakten Aufbau auf und ermöglicht eine weitgehend rückwirkungsfreie Untersuchung der in dem Analyten enthaltenen biologischen oder chemischen Komponenten.
[EN] The invention concerns a measurement device (1) for measuring or investigating physiological parameters using biological cells or chemical and biologically active substances contained in an analyte (2). The measurement device comprises a sensor (4) with an electronic measurement structure (6) located on a substrate (5). Function-specific receptor- and/or target cells (7) form part of the sensor (4) and are in direct contact with the measurement structure (6). The medium under investigation can be brought into contact with the target or receptor cells (7). The measurement device (1) is especially compact in its design and facilitates largely feedback-free investigation of biological or chemical components contained in the analyte.
[FR] Dispositif de mesure (1), pour la mesure ou la recherche de paramètres physiologiques sur des cellules biologiques ou des substances chimiques ou bioactives contenues dans un analyte (2), présentant un détecteur (4) ayant une structure de mesure électronique (6) disposée sur un substrat (5). Des cellules réceptrices et/ou des cellules cibles (7) spécifiques d'une fonction, directement en contact avec la structure de mesure (6), sont associées au détecteur (4). Pour la mesure, le milieu à étudier est mis en relation avec les cellules cibles ou réceptrices (7). Le dispositif de mesure (1) est d'une construction particulièrement compacte et permet d'effectuer une recherche, largement exempte de rétroaction, des composants biologiques ou chimiques contenus dans l'analyte. |
