57	Abstract	AB	[EN] A microfluidic storage device for pre-storing a fluid includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a membrane. The first substrate has a recess formed in a first surface. The second substrate has a second surface formed to form fit with the first surface at least in subregions outside the recess. The membrane is arranged between the first and second substrates and is in contact with the first and second surfaces in regions outside the recess. In the region of the recess, the membrane is configured to line the recess so that a volume region inside the recess, between the membrane and the second substrate, can be filled with the fluid. The first substrate, the membrane, and the second substrate are configured to be joined together at least in subregions, outside the recess, in which the membrane is in contact with the first and second surfaces.
