Abstract |
AB |
[EN] A nozzle block for the production of synthetic threads and fibers has a housing 2 which receives a nozzle assembly 3. The nozzle assembly 3 comprises a nozzle block upper part 6, which rests on the support part 5, and a nozzle 4 which is arranged below the support part and which is supported on the housing 2. The nozzle block upper part and the support part surround the sand space 25. The nozzle assembly is braced in the housing in such a way that, when pressure acts upon the sand space 25, the sealing means 30 between the support part 5 and the nozzle 4 can be pressed together axially, the degree of freedom of movement in the axial direction being limited by a stop 17. What is achieved thereby is that the filter space is sealed off reliably relative to the housing when the nozzle block is both acted upon by pressure and in the pressureless state. |
