The device for steaming food is equipped with a controller, and it contains a boiling chamber, in which the steam generator controlled by the controller is located, containing an evaporator having a surface tilted relatively to the horizontal at an angle from 5° to 90°, an inlet for liquid in the upper part of the tilted evaporator surface, connected to a valve controlled by the controller, made with the possibility of directing liquid flow to the evaporator surface, so that formed flow goes from the inlet, along the tilted evaporator surface to an outlet located at the opposite end of the tilted evaporator surface for draining liquid from the tilted evaporator surface to a drainage hole made in the bottom of the boiling chamber, a heating element controlled by the controller, made with the possibility of transferring heat to the tilted evaporator surface, and at least one heat exchanger with a hole placed on the tilted evaporator surface and at an angle to liquid flow, which is more or less than 90°, with the possibility of thereby increasing the evaporator surface. The heating element is made in the form of heating resistors independently controlled by the controller, each of which has a thermocouple connected to the controller, and located one after the other along a path of liquid flow, or in the form of a gas burner having a combustion chamber hermetically insulated from the boiling chamber of the device by a heat-conductive case contacting with the tilted evaporator surface and having a burner pipe connected to a gas source, and an outlet for exhaust gas.EFFECT: proposed invention allows for the creation of a universal compact device for steaming food that is convenient to use and providing energy saving and water saving.2 cl, 12 dwg |
