[EN] The invention relates to a method for producing a composition for preparing nanostructured forms and layers, consisting of bringing an aqueous and/or alcoholic sol of a compound of an element selected from silicon and the main and sub-group metals into contact with species which have hydrolyzable alkoxy groups and which include at least one organically modified alkoxysilane or a precondensate derived therefrom, in conditions which lead to the (further) hydrolysis of the species and then removing any alcohol which has formed or which may optionally have been present originally. The invention is characterized in that enough alcohol is removed to leave a residual amount of not more than 20 wt.% in the composition.
[XX] La invencion se refiere a un metodo para producir una composicion para preparar formas y capas nanoestructuradas, que consiste en poner una (solucion coloidal) acuosa y/o alcoholica de un compuesto de un elemento seleccionado de silicio y los metales del grupo principal o subgrupos en contacto con especies que tienen grupos de alcoxi que se pueden hidrolizar y los cuales incluyen al menos un alcoxisilano modificado organicamente o un precondensado derivado del mismo, en condiciones las cuales llevan a la (ademas) hidrolisis de las especies y luego eliminacion de cualquier alcohol el cual se ha formado o el cual puede opcionalmente haber estado presente originalmente. La invencion se caracteriza en que se elimina bastante alcohol para dejar una cantidad residual de no mayor que 20% por peso en la composicion. |
