[EN] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for testing membrane enclosed biocompartments. SOLUTION: OH-ions and/or H+ions are formed from a substance existing in a culture medium and releasable and/or ingestible by the biocompartments in a culture medium region adjacently existing to the biocompartments; a first measured value of pH value of the culture medium is measured while impressing voltage; the voltage is cut off or changed so as to finish the formation of the OH-ions and the H+ions from the substance; and before or after measuring the first measured value, a second measured value of the pH value of the culture medium is measured when cutting the voltage or at a voltage of not forming hydroxy ions and hydrogen ions from the substance. After repeating this whole measurement by at least one time, the concentration of the substance in the culture medium, acidification or basification of the culture medium are decided from the first measured value and the second measured value. Thus, plural substance exchange parameters of the biocompartments can be measured in one place by this method. |
