57 Abstract AB [EN] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily intracellularly operate biological cells by perforating cell membranes within the range of supporting cells at spaces apart from the support edge so as to avoid positioning of the cells with costly handwork using hollow needles for the cells to be handled. SOLUTION: Biological cell(s) 3 existing in a culture medium 2 and adheredly accumulated within its support range 5 are intracellularly operated through perforating the cell(s) by such a means as electroporation, mechanical pulses or (superhigh)-ultrasonic waves with the support range 5 for the cell(s) 3 at space(s) apart from the support edge; wherein it is preferable that the cell(s) 3 are fixed within the support range 5 by the aid of suction force, and one or more kinds of substance and/or cellular component are withdrawn from and/or inserted into, via the perforation(s), the inside of the cell(s).
