[DE] Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kompositmembranen, das folgende Schritte aufweist: a) Bereitstellen eines verzweigten Polyalkoxysiloxans; b) Bereitstellen eines organischen Protonenleiters; c) Mischen des verzweigten Polyalkoxysiloxans mit dem organischen Protonenleiter; d) Herstellen einer Membran aus dem Kompositkomponentengemisch. Mittels des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens kann die Protonenleitfähigkeit und die mechanische Stabilität von Membranen deutlich erhöht sowie die Quellung durch Wasser und wäßrige Lösungen vermindert werden. Die erhaltenen Kompositmembranen sind hervorragend für den Einsatz in PEM-Brennstoffzellen geeignet. <IMAGE> [EN] A process for preparation of composite membranes, useful in production of polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) fuel cells, comprises preparation of a branched polyalkoxysilane, preparation of an organic proton conductor, mixing the components and preparing a membrane from the mixture of components is new. An Independent claim is included for a composite membrane obtained as above. |
