[EN] The micro-fluidic rotary valve (100) has a diaphragm valve (20) and a rotary actuating unit (30). A portion of the rotary actuating unit is connected to the membrane of the diaphragm valve, in order to prevent an opening of the diaphragm valve. The actuating element (40) is designed as a disc, and is connected with the rotary actuating unit. A bar element (50) is extended to a predetermined height towards the diaphragm valve. An independent claim is included for method for operating a micro-fluidic rotary valve. |
