[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Austausch wenigstens einer Gasaustritteinheit (3) einer Begasungseinrichtung (2), eine Flotationsvorrichtung (1) und eine Begasungseinrichtung (2) für eine Flotationsvorrichtung (1), umfassend wenigsten eine Gasaustritteinheit (3) zur Abgabe von Gasblasen und eine Gaszuführleitung (5), mittels welcher der wenigstens einen Gasaustritteinheit (3) Gas zuführbar ist. Indem die wenigstens eine Gasaustritteinheit (3) mit der Gaszuführleitung (5) lösbar verbunden ist, können die Stillstandzeiten einer Flotationsvorrichtung (1) reduziert werden und eine Gaseinbringung für eine Flotationsvorrichtung in gewünschter Weise bereitgestellt werden.
[EN] The aeration device (2) has a gas release unit (3) for the delivery of gas bubbles. A gas supply line (5) is provided to supply gas to the gas release unit. The gas release unit is connected with the gas supply line in a releasable manner through a screw or a bayonet. The gas release unit is provided with a cylindrical hollow portion (6) having an external thread portion. The gas supply line is provided with a recess having internal thread portion for retaining the hollow portion. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a floatation device; and (2) a method for replacing gas release unit of aeration device. |
