57 Abstract AB [DE] Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Verschleißzustandes von Carbon-Keramik-Reibscheiben mit leitfähigen in der Matrix verteilten und voneinander durch die Matrix isolierten, Kohlenstoff enthaltenden Verstärkungsfasern als Substrat unter Nutzung des Pulsinduktionsverfahrens durch Abschalten eines Gleichstroms in einer Primärspule und Messung der in einer Sekundärspule induzierten Spannung, deren Größe der Leitfähigkeit des Substrats proportional ist, sowie eine angepasste Vorrichtung.
[EN] The method comprises distributing conductive reinforcement fibers in a matrix as substrate using pulse induction process by switching-off DC current in a primary coil and measuring voltage induced in a secondary coil, where parameter of the voltage is proportional to the conductivity of the substrate and the fibers are insulated from each other by the matrix and contain carbon. The primary coil is used as secondary coil after switching-off the DC current flowed through it. The coils are arranged in a measuring head that is moderately reproducibly mounted on the substrate by positioning unit. An independent claim is included for a device for determining a wear state of the carbon-ceramic-friction plates with conductive reinforcement fibers.
