[EN] Method of preparing a casting mold from composite molding material for foundries consisting of a composition containing two different molding materials and which is heat resistant to metals. A solid molding body (2) is obtained from a foundry molding material (A) which is partially or completely enveloped by a fluid powdered chemically bonded foundry molding materal (B). A molding material block (3) is produced from a block shaped composite molding material after hardening the material (B), which is subjected to a removal process, e.g. milling, boring, turning or grinding. A feedhead system (sic) (4) and storage system (5) using CAD data. |
