[DE] Beim Verfahren zur Positionsbestimmung einer mobilen Station UE wird wenigstens ein Teil der Verfahrensschritte zur Positionsbestimmung bereits durchgeführt, bevor ein potentieller Nutzer des standortabhängigen Dienstes eine entsprechende Positionierungsaufforderung RL erzeugt. Dieser Teil der Verfahrensschritte wird als Folge einer vorhergehenden, auf den standortabhängigen Dienst bezogenen Aktion des Nutzers durchgeführt. <IMAGE>
[EN] Position determination method for determining the position of a mobile terminal (UE), e.g. a mobile phone in a radio network wherein at least a portion of the method steps for position determination are already carried out before a potential user of the location dependent service produces a corresponding position request (RL) with this portion of the method steps being carried out in response to a prior user action that relates to a location dependent service. Independent claims are also included for the following:- (A) a system for position determination for a mobile station in a radio network and; (B) apparatus for supporting the position determination of a mobile station within a radio network system. |
