[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Piercing-Kontaktklemme für ein mehradriges formcodiertes Profilkabel (3). Die Kontaktklemme (1) besteht aus zwei ineinandergreifenden Klemmenteilen (14, 24), wobei das eine Klemmenteil (24) eine Aufnahme (20) für das lagerichtige Einlegen des Profilkabels (3) und das andere Klemmenteil (14) zumindest einen jeweils einer anderen Ader (5, 6) des Profilkabels (3) zugeordneten Kontaktpin (15, 15a) aufweist, der bei montierten Klemmenteilen (14, 24) elektrisch kontaktierend in die Ader (5, 6) einsticht. Die Kontaktpins (15, 15a) liegen dabei quer zur Längsrichtung (18) des Kabels (3) mit einem dem Aderabstand (a) etwa entsprechenden Abstand (z) nebeneinander. Um einen polrichtigen Anschluß des Profilkabels in der Kontaktklemme zu gewährleisten, ist die Aufnahme (20) breiter als das Kabel (3) ausgebildet, und es ist ein Paßstück (25) vorgesehen, welches die seitliche Lage des Kabels (3) in der Aufnahme (20) bestimmt. In dem anderen Klemmenteil (14) ist ein weiterer Kontaktpin (15) vorgesehen, der quer zur Längsrichtung (18) des Kabels (3) mit einem dem Aderabstand (a) etwa entsprechenden Abstand (z) zum benachbarten Kontaktpin (15a) liegt und je nach Seitenlage des Kabels (3) in die Ader (5, 6) des Kabels oder in das Paßstück (25) eingreift. <IMAGE>
[EN] The device has 2 mutually engaging parts, one with a holder for correct cable insertion, the other with a contact pin(s) per cable wire that penetrates the insulation when the parts are assembled. The holder is wider than the cable in the transverse direction. An adapter part is inserted into the holder to define the cable's lateral position. A further contact pin in the other part engages a wire or the adapter part depending on cable position. The device consists of two mutually engaging parts (14,24), one with a holder (20) for correct insertion of the cable (3) and the other with at least one contact pin (15,15a) per cable wire that penetrates the insulation when the parts are assembled. The holder is wider than the cable in the transverse direction. An adapter part (25) is inserted into the holder to define the lateral position of the cable and a further contact pin is provided in the other part to engage a wire (5,6) or the adapter part depending on the cable position. |
