Für andere Bildpunkte, die sich außerhalb des Bildobjekts (BO) befinden, wird kein Padding durchgeführt.
[EN] The invention suggests that, when both estimating and offsetting the movement, a padding process be applied only to the picture elements of an "object contour" picture block (OBB) inside a picture object (BO). For other picture elements outside the picture object (BO) there should be no padding.
