[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zur aerosolbasierten Kaltabscheidung von Pulvern, deren Vakuumkammer, entsprechend des Vorbildes einer Saugglocke, erst während des Prozesses gebildet wird, indem ein Substrat, ein Substratträger, eine Substratauflage oder eine Düsenplatte, direkt bzw. unter Zuhilfenahme einer Dichtung, einen einseitig geöffneten Hohlkörper verschließt. Dadurch ist es möglich das Vakuumkammervolumen, unabhängig von der Substratgröße, zu reduzieren, um so Platz sowie Evakuierungs- bzw. Totzeit einzusparen. |
