[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zur aerosolbasierten Kaltabscheidung von Pulvern, die eine Reinigung bei geschlossener Apparatur ermöglicht. Durch den Einsatz der Erfindung wird der Kammerreinigungsprozess wesentlich vereinfacht. Darüber hinaus wird ein kontinuierlicher Prozessablauf ohne Kammeröffnung ermöglicht und die Arbeitssicherheit erhöht. Auch kann das Kammervolumen reduziert werden, da der Bedarf einer manuellen Zugänglichkeit nicht besteht und der apparative Aufwand zur Reinigung vergleichsweise gering ist. |
