[DE] Es wird ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung einer selektiven Lyse von zellulären Partikeln in einem Gemisch bereitgestellt. Hierbei werden die Partikel mit elektromagnetischer Strahlung (17) beaufschlagt, wobei die Wellenlänge der elektromagnetischen Strahlung (17) im Absorptionsbereich der zu lysierenden zellulären Partikel liegt. [EN] The method involves subjecting the particles to an electromagnetic radiation (17). The wavelength of the electromagnetic radiation lies in an absorption range of the to-be-lysed cellular particles. The electromagnetic radiation is defocused. The wavelength of the electromagnetic radiation is in a range that lies between about 300 nanometer and 500 nanometer. The power density of the electromagnetic radiation is in a range that lies between about 10 megawatt per centimeter square and about 1000 megawatt per centimeter square. An independent claim is included for a device for selective lysis of the cellular particles in a mixture. |
