57	Abstract	AB	[DE] Ein Verfahren zum Spalten eines Gases mit den Schritten: – Zuf�hren des Gases, wobei das Gas eine vorgegebene Eintrittstemperatur T1 aufweist; – Abk�hlen des Gases um eine vorgegebene Temperaturdifferenz &increment;T12 auf eine erste Temperatur T2; – Erw�rmung des Gases auf eine zweite Temperatur T3, welche bevorzugt mindes tens so hoch ist wie die Eintrittstemperatur T1, derart, dass eine relative S�ttigung des Gases mit Fremdstoffen herabgesetzt wird; – Zuf�hren des Gases nach seiner Erw�rmung zu wenigstens einem W�rmetauscher (6)
