[DE] Eine erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung (1) zum indirekten Auftragen von Druckflüssigkeit (45) auf einen Bedruckstoff (43), insbesondere von Inkjet-Tinte, mit einem Zwischenträger (2), insbesondere ein flexibles Band, einer ersten Auftragsvorrichtung (18), welche ein flüssiges Trennmittel (47) auf den Zwischenträger (2) auftragt, einer zweiten Auftragsvorrichtung (16a bis 16d), welche eine Druckflüssigkeit (45) einem Druckbild entsprechend nur an druckenden Stellen auf den Zwischenträger (2) aufträgt, einer Heizeinrichtung (19, 23), welche die Druckflüssigkeit (45) erwärmt, und einem Druckspalt (44), in welchem die Druckflüssigkeit (45) von dem Zwischenträger (2) auf den Bedruckstoff (43) übertragen wird, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Zwischenträger (2) eine metallische Beschichtung aufweist und dass das Trennmittel (47) als eine molekulare Belegung auf die metallische Beschichtung aufgebracht wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung, welche bevorzugt für den sogenannten indirekten Inkjet eingesetzt wird, erlaubt das Auftragen von Druckflüssigkeit auf den Zwischenträger und das Übertragen der Druckflüssigkeit auf den Bedruckstoff, wobei keine oder nur unwesentliche Reste von Druckflüssigkeit auf dem Zwischenträger verbleiben.
[EN] The method involves applying a liquid releasing agent (47) as a molecular occupancy on a metallic surface of a circulating tape (2) that is made of metal and provided with a metallic coating, where the molecular occupancy comprises an amphiphilic organic compound e.g. phosphonic acid and hydroxamic acid. A hydraulic fluid (45) i.e. water-based ink, is applied on the circulating tape, and a print image is provided at printing locations. The hydraulic fluid of the circulating tape is heated and transferred on a print material (43). An independent claim is also included for a device for indirect applying of a hydraulic fluid to a print material. |
