[DE] Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Montagegehäuse (G) für Überspannungsschutzeinrichtungen (ÜSE) mit aktiver Brandlöschung. Das Gehäuse (G) ist so gestaltet, dass eine Überspannungsschutzeinrichtung (ÜSE), welche im Inneren des Gehäuses (G) angeordnet wird, abgeschlossen werden kann, wobei das Gehäuse zumindest zwei Anschlussleitungen (L1, L2) für die Überspannungsschutzeinrichtung aufweist, die aus dem Gehäuse (G) nach außen geführt sind. Das Gehäuse (G) weist im Einsatz weiterhin Inert-Gas als eine brandverhütende Substanz (B) auf. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist weiterhin ein Montagegehäuse (G) für Überspannungsschutzeinrichtungen (ÜSE) mit aktiver Brandlöschung, wobei das Gehäuse (G) so gestaltet ist, dass eine Überspannungsschutzeinrichtung (ÜSE), welche im Inneren des Gehäuses (G) angeordnet wird, abgeschlossen werden kann, wobei das Gehäuse zumindest zwei Anschlussleitungen (L1, L2) für die Überspannungsschutzeinrichtung aufweist, die aus dem Gehäuse (G) nach außen geführt sind. Das Gehäuse (G) weist im Einsatz weiterhin eine Substanz ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Löschpulver, Löschschaum, Quarzsand als eine brandverhütende Substanz (B) auf.
