[DE] Es wird eine Beschichtungszusammensetzung für abriebbeständige und antiadhäsive Oberflächenbeschichtungen, insbesondere für Bedruckstoff kontaktierende Oberfläche wie z. B. wechselbare Zylinderaufzüge, beschrieben, die 0–90 Mol-% eines oder einer Mischung mehrerer Metall- oder Halbmetalloxide, 10–99 Mol-% eines oder einer Mischung mehrerer Organosilane, 0,05–10% einer oder mehrerer fluorierter Polyether, dessen Polymerkette aus Tetrafluorethylenoxid- oder Hexafluorpropylenoxid-Ketten aufgebaut ist und 0–3% eines oder mehrerer Organosilane mit Fluorseitenkette sowie Hydrolyse- und Kondensationsprodukte der genannten Bestandteile enthält, sowie 0,05–20 Gew% Cyanamid oder 0,05–10 Gew% Dicyandiamid. [EN] Coating composition comprises: (a) 0-90 mol-% of metal- or semimetal oxide compounds (I), and their hydrolysis and condensation products; (b) 10-99 mol-% of organosilane compounds (II) and their condensation products or mixed condensation products of the component (a), and mixtures of condensation products of various such organosilanes; (c) 0.05-10 wt.% of fluorinated polyether; (d) 0-3% of one or more organosilanes with fluorine-containing side chains, and their hydrolysis and condensation products; and (e) 0.05-20 wt.% of cyanamide or 0.05-10 wt.% of dicyandiamide. Coating composition, useful for wear-resistant and anti-adhesive surface coatings, comprises: (a) 0-90 mol-% of one or a mixture of several metal- or semimetal oxide compounds of formula (M(OR1) n) (I), and their hydrolysis and condensation products; (b) 10-99 mol-% of one or a mixture of several organosilane compounds of formula (R2 aSi(R3) 4 - a) (II) and their condensation products or mixed condensation products of the component (a), and mixtures of condensation products of various such organosilanes, whose organic radicals can react with each other; (c) 0.05-10 wt.% of one or more fluorinated polyether whose polymer chain is composed of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene oxide chains and has at least one hydrolyzable silyl radical connected via a pure carbon chain and their hydrolysis and condensation products or mixed condensation products with the components (a) and (b); (d) 0-3% of one or more organosilanes with fluorine-containing side chains, and their hydrolysis and condensation products or mixed condensation products with the components (a)-(c); and (e) 0.05-20 wt.% of cyanamide or 0.05-10 wt.% of dicyandiamide. M : B, Al, Si, Ti or Zr; R1 : 1-10C-alkyl, aryl, acyl or alkoxyalkyl; n : 2-4 R2 : 1-20C-alkyl, 1-20C-alkenyl or aryl (all optionally substituted with epoxy-, amino-, aminoalkylamino-, methacryl-, acryl-, isocyanato-, alkylcarbamato-, cyanato-, carboxylato- or chloro-groups); R3 : 1-10C-alkoxy, aryloxy, alkoxyalkoxy or Cl; and a : 1-3. An independent claim is included for a printing substrate contacting surface, comprising a substrate with structural inquiries, where the substrate is at least locally coated with a single component coating comprising the composition. |
