[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verformung eines ebenen Organoblechs, die wenigstens ein Heizelement umfasst, mit dem ein ebenes Organoblech (1) partiell entlang wenigstens einer Faltlinie (2) erhitzbar ist und wenigstens ein Faltwerkzeug (3) umfasst, mit dem ein auf einer Seite der wenigstens einen Faltlinie (2) liegender Teilflächenbereich (1a) gegenüber einem auf der anderen Seite der wenigstens eine Faltlinie (2) liegenden und bei der Faltung in seiner Ebene verbleibenden Teilflächenbereich (1b) um die Faltlinie (2) herum faltbar ist. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Verformung von Organoblechen.
[EN] The device has a heating element i.e. linear plunger-like element, for partially heating an organic sheet (1) along a fold line (2). A folding tool (3) i.e. vacuum exhauster, folds a partial surface region (1a), which lies on a side of the fold line, around the fold line relative to another partial surface region (1b). The latter region lies on another side of the fold line and remains in a plane during folding. The heating element transfers energy to the organic sheet by electromagnetic radiation. The heating element is arranged in a hinge (4) between two folding elements (3a, 3b). An independent claim is also included for a method for deforming a planar organic sheet. |
