[EN] The plant has a sail part floating in a wind on a traction cable (104) and transfers a cable winch to a floating body. The sail part is moved in water, and the float body supports a repelling unit (102) that is movably driven in water for setting net power. The repelling unit drives a pump for compressing air in a pressure vessel to save energy, where the compression of the air is enabled by a heat exchanger. A thermally insulated pressure accumulator minimizes compression heat losses, and a rail is attached to a body (100). Pulleys are moved to a compressor and/or generator.
