[DE] Bei Einspritzinjektoren für Diesel- und Ottomotoren, die mit hydraulisch/elektronischer Steuerung arbeiten, sollen die energetischen Verluste gering sein, die Steuerung exakt arbeiten und der Injektor für eine Massenherstellung geeignet sein. Die Lösung für einen entsprechend verbesserten Injektor besteht in der Anordnung eines Einlasssteuerventils (16) in einer kompakten Steuereinheit (15) mit einem Auslasssteuerventil (11) und weiteren Elementen, wobei die Steuereinheit (15) im Kopf einer Steuerhülse (8) direkt am Steuerraum (6) angeordnet ist. Das Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung betrifft alle hydraulisch/elektronisch gesteuerten Injektoren in Verbrennungsmotoren.
[EN] The injector comprises a control piston (7), which is directly connected with a nozzle needle. The nozzle needle is arranged in a control sleeve (8) in a longitudinally movable manner and encloses a control space (6). The control space is connected with a high pressure fuel source through an inlet throttle (5) and with a low pressure space through an outlet throttle. An inlet control valve (16) and a sliding piece (17) are alternately controlled by an actuator (10) corresponding to an outlet control valve (11). |
