[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Abfüllen von Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere von Pharmazeutika, in Behälter (1), mit einer Fülleinrichtung (11) zum Dosieren der Flüssigkeit in einen Behälter (1), und mit einer Einrichtung (20) zum Erfassen der Flüssigkeit, wobei beim Erreichen eines von der Einrichtung (20) erfassten Kriteriums der Betrieb der Fülleinrichtung (11) gestartet und/oder gestoppt wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist es vorgesehen, dass die Einrichtung (20) eine kamerabasierte Einrichtung (20) ist, dass mittels der Einrichtung (20) ein von der Fülleinrichtung (11) erzeugter Füllstrahl (5) erfasst wird, und dass die Einrichtung (20) mit einer Auswerteeinrichtung (15) zur Berechnung der Füllmenge gekoppelt ist, die die Füllmenge ab dem Zeitpunkt der Erfassung des Füllstrahls (5) berechnet.
[EN] The method involves proportioning the liquid into a container (1) with a filling unit (11). A camera-based detection unit (20) is provided for detecting the liquid. The operation of the filling unit is started or stopped based on the detection operation of the detection unit. A filling beam (5) produced by the filling unit is detected by the camera-based detection unit. An evaluating unit (15) is connected with the detection unit. The liquid filling amount is computed by the evaluating unit starting from the point of time of detection of the filling beam. An independent claim is included for a device for filling liquid in container. |
