[DE] Ein erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren zum Erzeugen eines Sicherheitsmerkmals auf einem Druck- oder Verpackungsprodukt, wobei auf einem Substrat (8) ein Zufallsmuster (10a- 10d) durch Materialauftrag erzeugt wird, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Material als wenigstens eine Faser (4a–4d) aufgetragen wird, insbesondere aus schmelzbarem Material wie z. B. Heißkleber, dass die wenigstens eine Faser von wenigstens einer Auftragsdüse (2a–2d) erzeugt wird, und dass die wenigstens eine Faser (4a–4d) eine zufällige Lage (10a- 10d) und bevorzugt auch eine zufällig Form auf dem Substrat einnimmt. Ein erfindungsgemäßes Druck- oder Verpackungsprodukt mit einem kryptographischen Sicherheitsmerkmal, welches ein Substrat und ein Fasern aufweisendes Zufallsmuster umfasst, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Fasern aus schmelzbarem Material, insbesondere aus Heißkleber, bestehen. In vorteilhafter Weise werden die Fasern oder Faserstücke zugleich von der Auftragsdüse erzeugt und auf das Substrat aufgebracht. Zusätzlich kann ein Heißluftstrom den Transport der Fasern unterstützen und diese im zumindest angeschmolzenen, klebrigen Zustand halten.

The fiber takes a random position or a random form on the substrate. The fiber is swirled on a path from the coating nozzle to the substrate by a turbulent air flow produced through an air discharge opening of the coating nozzle. The fiber is tempered through a hot air flow at a temperature higher than room temperature. Independent claims are included for: (1) a printing- or packaging product; and (2) a printing machine. |
