[DE] ESD-Schutzschaltung mit einem ersten als Schwellenwertschalter ausgebildeten Schalter, der einen invertierenden Steuereingang aufweist und in einem ersten Zustand, bei dem eine an dem invertierenden Steuereingang anliegende Spannung unterhalb einer Schwelle ausgebildet ist, ein Ein-/Ausgangspotential einer integrierten Schaltung mit einem Bezugspotential verbindet, und in einem zweiten Zustand bei dem die Spannung oberhalb der Schwelle ausgebildet ist, das Ein-/Ausgangspotential von dem Bezugspotential trennt, und einem Knoten, der mit dem inve über einen Widerstand mit dem Ein-/Ausgangspotential verschaltet ist, wobei der Knoten mit der Kathode einer ersten Diode und die Anode der ersten Diode mit einem Versorgungspotential verschaltet ist und sofern das Versorgungspotential anliegt, das Versorgungspotential oberhalb der Schwelle ausgebildet ist.
[EN] The circuit (10) has a switch (S1) designed as a threshold switch and comprising an inverting control input. The switch connects an input and/or output potential of an integrated circuit with a reference potential (GND) in a condition and separates the input and/or output potential from the reference potential in another condition. A node (K1) is connected with the control input and with the input and/or output potential over a resistor (R). The node is connected with a cathode and an anode of a diode (D1) with a supply potential (VCC) that is formed below threshold. |
