[DE] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (16) zum Verschließen einer Blisterfolienbahn (2) mit einer Deckfolie (3), mit einer ersten, Aufnahmen (21) für Näpfe (14) der Blisterfolienbahn (2) aufweisenden Walze (18), die unter Zwischenlage der Blisterfolienbahn (2) und der Deckfolie (3) mit einer zweiten, als Siegelwalze (19) ausgebildeten Walze zusammenwirkt. Erfindungsgemäß ist es vorgesehen, dass die Siegelwalze (19) als Ultraschallsiegelwalze (22) ausgebildet ist.
[EN] The apparatus (16) has a roller (18) comprising receivers (21) that are provided for a cup (14) of a blister film web (2) and co-acting with a sealing roller (19) under interposition of the blister film web and a cover film (3). The sealing roller is designed as an ultrasonic sealing roller (22), where the rollers are driven in a continuous manner. The ultrasonic sealing roller comprises vibration amplitude of 20 micrometer vertical to the covering film in a contact region with the covering film that is made of aluminum or plastic materials. |
